Here it is short and sweet!
Sometimes I like something just a little sweet after supper to finish my meal and this always just hits the spot!
So simple and so good! Dairy free, gluten free, vegan and YUM!
3 Tablespoons of whole chia seeds
3/4 cup of chocolate unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
( if you have a very sweet palette you can always add a teaspoon of pure maple syrup if you find this isn’t sweet enough)
Combine all of the above in a bowl and let sit in fridge or on counter for 20 minutes or leave overnight.
Garnish with fresh strawberries and your favourite nuts and TA- DA!
