Chia Cherry Smoothie Bowl

I can remember the first time I saw this picture after my photographer and I did the shoot.

I was in awe of how beautiful Just Real Food can be.

Put your whole heart into whatever you are doing.  This food photo shoot set up took us over an hour and it was worth every single detail and painstaking seed placement.

Each bite that you take, each thought that you have you are given the opportunity to make it something that nourishes you.

Enjoy each and every bite of this Chia Cherry Smoothie Bowl using one of this fall season’s important superfoods~ pumpkin seeds!

Cherry Chia Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2

2 cups of dairy free milk

1 cup of frozen cherries

1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds and oatmeal

1 frozen banana

Blend and pour into a bowl.

Top with 2 Tablespoons each of coconut flakes, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds.
